Arbor Park
Arbor Park blends a traditional neighborhood feel with the modern conveniences of today. The neighborhood is comprised of 225 townhomes that are built around parks, a lake and landscaped esplanades that combined feature more green space than any other townhome development in South Dade. Household Trash, Recycling & Bulk Pickup
Garbage containers must be stored out of view (inside your garage or in the designated storage area underneath the AC unit). Please place trash-cans out no more than 24 hours in advance and remove your trash-cans within 12 hours after pick-up. Bulk trash alternates every other Tuesday and Friday. Please refer to the City of Homestead Bulk Trash-Solid Waste calendar.
Scheduled pickup days are as follows:
Household garbage pick-up: Tuesday & Friday
Recycling: Friday
