Household Trash, Recycling & Bulk Pickup

Garbage containers must be stored out of view (inside your garage or behind fence).  Please place trash-cans out no more than 24 hours in advance and remove your trash-cans within 12 hours after pick-up.  Bulk trash items are picked up on Mondays (unless otherwise noted) and can be placed out after 12 pm on the Sunday prior.

 

Scheduled pickup days are as follows:

Household garbage pick-up: Tuesday & Friday 
Recycling:  Friday

Please Note: The pedestrian gates is locked at the Farm Life Road entrance.  Many children use this gate to walk to school or their bus stop.  Please be sure to pick your keys up at the management office to prevent an access issue for your children.  Office hours are Monday-Friday 9 AM – 5 PM, closed Holidays.
